Do you need someone to help with health issues, or represent your family member to other doctors and hospital personnel as a guardian or personal representative?
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION!
This is a network of Board-Certified, M.D., Physicians, Medical and Surgical Specialists, and legal consultants who offer services to patients or to families who feel trapped and angry in situations wherein it is perceived that appropriate medical care is being purposely delayed or denied, where symptoms are being ignored, or where false reassurance, that "everything is just fine, " or where the patient is just not even allowed to be examined by a Physician. This commonly occurs in HMOs, EPOs, IPAs, "gatekeeper" programs, or employer organizations.
Services include:
Advance written authorization signed by patient and appropriately witnessed, must accompany any and all requests for chart reviews; forms will be supplied on request. Patients will be able to choose from several professionals in a particular geographic area where Second-Opinions are required.
Charges for non-medical services are separate from charges for second opinions or for actual medical care. Payment schedules and terms will be provided upon request.
Fees for Professional Guardian services are determined by the COURT.
